Ardmair Point Lodges

These two new semi-detached, highly insulated, luxury lodges are situated right at the water's edge of this sheltered sea loch just north of Ullapool. Each lodge has a private deck overlooking the bay. The large bright open plan lounge/dining/kitchen has a vaulted ceiling and large double glazed picture windows which face the sea, giving the accommodation spectacular views all around. The two bedrooms also have large windows facing out over the sea.

Lounge/dining room: This large room with full height windows giving panoramic views over Loch Kanaird has patio doors leading onto a private deck with teak patio table and chairs. There are two 3 seat leather sofas, coffee table, extendable 4-6 place dining table, high definition freesat HD television with DVD player and a ceiling fan for those hot summer days. 

Kitchen: At the rear of the lounge, the fully equipped modern kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob & oven and washer-drier.

Bedroom 1: This double bedroom with large window looks out over the private deck to the sea. Wardrobe and dressing table with mirror.

Bedroom 2: This twin bedroom with two single beds has a large window which also looks out over the private deck to the sea. Wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror

Shower Room: A tiled room with underfloor heating, basin, lavatory, electric shower and heated towel rail.

Linen: Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and tea towels are provided.

Towels: Available on request.  

Electricity: Charged at cost by meter reading. Solar panels are now installed
which will greatly reduce electricity costs.

Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed in the lodges.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the lodges.

Parking: Parking is adjacent to the lodges

Boat launching: Boats can be launched adjacent to the lodges and small boats can be left overnight on the beach in front.  A mooring is possibly available for customers with larger boats.
