Ardmair Point Lodges
These two
semi-detached luxury lodges new in 2009 are situated at the waters edge. Each lodge
has a private deck overlooking the bay which is accessed from the
lounge through a patio door. The lounge at the front has a full height
ceiling and large double glazed windows which face the sea so gives spectacular view all around, the two bedrooms also
have large windows facing out over the sea.
The accommodation in each Lodge consists of :-
Lounge/dining area - large room with full height windows giving panoramic views over Loch Kanaird, and patio door leading onto the private deck. Furniture includes:- 2 x 3 seat leather settees, coffee table, extendable 4/6 place dining table, high definition Freesat television.
Kitchen - at the rear of the lounge is a modern fitted kitchen complete with refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven , oven, hob, washer/dryer and full cooking equipment.
Bedroom 1 – Double Bed room with large window looking out over the private deck to the sea
Bedroom 2 –
Two single beds with large
window looking out over the private deck to the sea
Shower Room / Toilet - a tastefully tiled room with electric shower and heated towel rail and underfloor heating
Private Deck - There is a private deck accesed from the lounge patio door equiped with table and chairs
Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and tea towels - are all provided.
Towels are available if required.
Electricity is charged at cost by meter reading.
Pets - pets are not allowed in lodges
Smoking - No Smoking is allowed in the lodges
Boat launching - Boat launching can be done adjacent to lodge, small boats can be left overnight on the beach in front of the lodge for customers with larger boats a mooring is available
