Self Catering Accommodation is hired from 4pm on day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed. Any party intending to arrive after 6pm should notify the management in advance. Provisional bookings can be made by telephone but may be cancelled after 7days if no deposit has been received.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to book all accommodation units. The balance of the rental charges to be paid within 28 days of the arrival date. Electricity used is charged by meter reading at cost at the end of the hire.
Payments can be made by debit card, credit card, cheque or cash
The maximum number of people allowed to use the property must not exceed the number of beds provided.
Dogs are welcome in the Chalets but not in Lodges or the Holiday Home There
is a charge of £10 per week per dog up to a maximum of 2.
They must be kept under proper control and must not be allowed on to furniture or beds,
nor left unattended in the accommodation. The hirer must provide bedding for
the pet.
Any damage caused by the pet/s or extra cleaning required may be charged
extra.
Any losses, breakage or damage must be reported and are liable to be charged for at the discretion of the management as will any outstanding bills .
Cancellation: If the balance of charges is not paid within 28 days of the start of the let, the booking may be cancelled. If the hirer cancels the booking within 28 days of the start of the let, the hirer will be responsible for payment of the full cost of the hire. If the hirer has not arrived at the accommodation within 48 hours of the arrival day and not notified the proprietor of their late arrival, the booking may be cancelled.
The proprietors will not be liable for any accident to persons hiring accommodation or equipment and will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the hirer's property.
The proprietors reserve the right to decline to accept a booking and to repossess the accommodation where damage has been caused or in the opinion of the proprietors is likely to be caused by the hirer or by a member of the hirer's party. In such cases the proprietor will not be liable to refund any portion of the hire charge.
The hirer agrees to the proprietors having the right to deduct any unpaid debts from any credit/debit card details provided.
